Description
2018 Marco 250 CFM Cart Mounted Aftercooler with Moisture
Moisture Management Systems remove water vapor from the compressed air stream. Water entering an abrasive blasting system causes wet abrasive, the leading cause of work site downtime. Wet abrasive reduces production rates by causing poor abrasive flow through the abrasive blasting system, resulting in excessive wear on equipment, increasing maintenance costs, and increasing abrasive consumption. The Blastmaster 250 CFM Cart-Mounted Aftercooler with Moisture Separator removes water present in compressed air by cooling the compressed air. Commonly used with abrasive blasting pots, airless sprayers, conventional sprayers, and pneumatic tools.
REDUCED DOWNTIMEDry air is a critical component of any abrasive blasting operation. Wet abrasive clogs abrasive metering valves and nozzles, leading to excessive wear, resulting in costly downtime and additional maintenance.
PORTABILITYThe heavy-duty handle and solid rubber tires allow the cart-mounted aftercooler to be manuevered quickly and easily around the work site.
